Chelsea transfer news: Mauricio Pochettino prioritizes Emiliano Martinez
A couple of days ago it was revealed that Chelsea want to bring former Arsenal goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez to Stamford Bridge. Well, it now seems clear that Mauricio Pochettino wants to bring his Argentinian persuasion to the board, as he sees Martinez as his new priority transfer, according to Football Insider.
Martinez has become one of the best goalkeepers in the Premier League since moving to Aston Villa and recently winning the World Cup. Although he and Unai Emery have been known to not get along, after Emery made some fiery comments about Martinez after the latter went for a corner and conceded a last-minute open net against Arsenal earlier this season.
Chelsea transfer news: Reece James wants Tammy Abraham back
Chelsea are in the market for a new striker in the summer transfer window. It would appear that recruiting is hard at work drafting options for the board to consider, including Victor Osimhen and Harry Kane.
However, Reece James has done his bit and believes that Tammy Abraham should return to Stamford Bridge. After a good season, Team Talk has revealed that Abraham is bombarded with friendly reminders from James that he is always welcome at Chelsea.
