Delhi registers 21,259 new cases of Covid-19, 23 dead; positivity rate rises to 25.65%

According to government data, a total of 18,795 people, including 6,212 health workers, received a “precautionary dose” of Covid-19 vaccine in the capital on Monday. Hospitals in Delhi are witnessing a shortage of health workers due to rising infections among them, forcing doctors to avoid quarantine after finishing their duties in Covid-19 wards, according to the Union Ministry of Health.
