DraftKings Reignmakers Fantasy Football NFT Contest Preview for the Conference Championship Round

The inaugural DraftKings Reignmakers football season continues into the postseason this week! We’ve reached the Conference Championship Round and have another great series of games on tap.

We’ve looked at what Reignmakers is, how to play and everything ahead of the match page, but this preview is your one-stop shop for breaking down each match and some key details you’ll want to know. There are two match types (Showdown and Classic), which are similar to what the conventional DFS matches offer, but there are five levels of match options to choose from: CORE, RARE, ELITE, LEGENDARY, and REIGNMAKER.

Let’s take a closer look at the classic slate for Sunday:

CLASSIC

• The available public matches include one match for each level—CORE, SPECIAL, ELITE, LEGENDARY and REIGNMAKER matches available.
• Each match has cash prizes.
• Each match also has a “card requirement”, which is indicated in the requirements column on the match lobby page.

Let’s take a closer look at each level in the classic matches:

CORE

• Sunday’s CORE game is the $100,000 Fiat Frenzywhere first place goes home with $10,000.
• Each match requires at least five CORE (or rarer) cards to enter a valid lineup in the match.

SPECIAL

• The RARE game Sunday is the $100,000 Fiat Frenzywhere first place goes home with $20,000.
• Each match requires at least one CORE and four RARE (or rarer) cards to enter the match in a valid lineup.

ELITE

• Sunday’s ELITE match is the $300,000 Fiat Frenzywhere first place goes home with $100,000.
• Each match requires at least one RARE and four ELITE (or rarer) cards to enter a valid lineup in the match.

LEGENDARY

• The LEGENDARY game on Sunday is the $250,000 Fiat Frenzywhere first place goes home with $50,000.
• Each match requires at least two LEGENDARY and three ELITE (or rarer) cards to enter a valid lineup in the match.

REIGNMAKER

• The REIGNMAKER game Sunday is in the $250K The alfawhere first place goes home with $50,000.
• Each match requires a minimum of three LEGENDARY (or rarer) and two REIGNMAKER cards to participate in a valid lineup in the match.

Showdown Matches:

Single-game Showdown matches are available for both the NFC Championship and the AFC Championship.

• There’s a competition in every level for every game—CORE, SPECIAL, ELITE, LEGENDARY and REIGNMAKER.
• Each match offers cash prize prizes.
• Each match also has a “card requirement”, which is indicated in the requirements column on the match lobby page.

• Each match in this level has a total cash prize of $10,000.
• There is a $10,000 Fiat Frenzy contest for the NFC Championship and for the AFC Championship where first place goes home with $1,000.

• Each match in this level has total cash prizes of up to $15,000.

• Each match in this level has total cash prizes of up to $25,000.

• Each match requires at least three ELITE (or rarer) cards and one RARE card to enter a valid lineup in the match.

LEGENDARY

• Each match in this level has total cash prizes of up to $25,000.
• There is a $25,000 Fiat Frenzy contest for the NFC Championship and for the AFC Championship where first place goes home with $5,000.
• Each match requires at least two LEGENDARY and two ELITE (or rarer) cards to enter a valid lineup in the match.

REIGNMAKER

• Each match in this level has total cash prizes of up to $25,000.
• There is a $25,000 Fiat Frenzy contest for the NFC Championship and for the AFC Championship where first place goes home with $5,000.
• Each match requires at least three LEGENDARY and one REIGNMAKER card to enter a valid lineup in the match.
