DraftKings Reignmakers Pack Break: Introducing Category Breaks – Reignmakers Football – DraftKings Nation

With the Reignmakers Football Rookie Debut Set comes out on April 20, DraftKings Reignmakers is hosting another series of packbreaks. On the day of the Rookie Debut Set drop, there are a total of 160 packages opened 16 breaks.

Packbreaks will begin on Thursday, April 20, 2023 on the DraftKings YouTube channel, starting at 4:00 PM Eastern Prevailing Time (“ET”). Only during the VIP break, which begins at approximately 6:00 PM ET, will Chris Costa open packs and reveal the respective Rookie Debut Set cards. These revealed cards will then be distributed to entrants based on the category of the Break Ticket package (as defined below) they purchased from DraftKings Marketplace.

Featured Packages

The first pack opening event – taking place on Thursday, April 20 at 4pm ET – will contain twelve (12) packs. Two will be 2023 Rookie Debut Premium Packs and 10 will be 2023 Rookie Debut Booster Packs. A total of 40 Rookie Debut cards are drawn during each break.

The second pack opening event – also known as the VIP Break, which takes place on Thursday, April 20 at 6pm ET – will feature eight packs. All eight packs from this break are 2023 Rookie Debut Premium Packs. A total of 40 Rookie Debut cards are drawn during each break.

How users participate in the promotion

To participate in the pack break category you must:

• Visit DraftKings Marketplace during any of the Break Ticket (as defined below) NFT auctions.
• Have the winning bidder place a Break Ticket for your desired category for that packbreak
• Follow us live on the DraftKings YouTube channel as we reveal all of the Reignmakers Football Rookie Debut Set cards for this packbreak.

Participate in a Break Ticket auction

DraftKings Reignmakers will be hosting eighty (80) individual NFT auctions through the DraftKings Marketplace on April 19, 2023 starting at 9:00 AM ET. Each such NFT (“a Break Ticket”) entitles the purchaser to one (1) of the categories for the specific package break associated with that Break Ticket. Each of the sixteen (16) individual pack breaks is associated with five (5) Break Ticket NFTs, therefore each pack Break Ticket corresponds to one (1) of the five (5) categories for the Reignmakers Football Rookie Debut Set card NFTs opened during that packet interruption. Category selection is determined by the Break Ticket purchased. for example, a Break Ticket for the “Position Pick 1” category for the first packbreak will receive all Reignmakers Football Rookie Debut Set cards with the corresponding “Position Pick 1” attribute for the first packbreak. (“Position Pick 1” is an example of the attribute value that determines which break ticket gets which cards. Each NFT revealed in the breaks has a “Position Pick [number]attribute.)

To participate in a Break Ticket auction, entrants must have a valid DraftKings Marketplace account and comply with the DraftKings Marketplace Terms of Use. A participant wins a Break Ticket auction by placing the highest bid on the Break Ticket. The Break Ticket NFTs are not eligible for resale on the secondary marketplace.

Go here for a full overview of the Break Ticket auction schedule. Auction dates and times may be postponed, cancelled, postponed or rescheduled by DraftKings at its sole discretion. In the event that there is a change to the auction schedule after you have registered for the auction, DraftKings will notify you of such change(s) via email to the email address registered with your DraftKings Marketplace account.

Category Pack break

For each packbreak, forty (40) Reignmakers Football Rookie Debut Set card NFTs will be revealed during the livestream event. Those forty (40) Reignmakers Football Rookie Debut Set card NFTs create the card pool which is distributed by category to the owners of the respective category Break Ticket Owners associated with that particular pack break (e.g. all Reignmakers Football Rookie Debut Set card NFTs with the “Position Pick 1” category will be distributed to the owner of the “Position Pick 1” category break ticket for that particular pack break). For this week’s Reignmakers Football Pack breaks, there are five (5) unique specialty categories:

• Position selection 1
• position selection 2
• position selection 3
• Position selection 4
• Position Pick 5+ (this category includes all position picks 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9)

Each of the above categories corresponds to a Metadata attribute of the Reignmakers Football Player Cards. Below is the frequency of the metadata attribute in the packages associated with these interrupts (as of 3/13/23):

Once all packs associated with the specific break have been opened and their Reignmakers Football Rookie Debut Set card NFTs have been revealed, the category assignment will be finalized. During the livestream event, we will post the final distribution list for each participant based on the cards revealed for that packbreak and the category they purchased in the Break Ticket auctions.

Participants in the intermission events should expect all Reignmakers Football Rookie Debut Set Cards, as well as Guaranteed Packs, to be distributed to their DraftKings Marketplace account within twenty-four (24) hours of the close of the draft.
