Leicester City are clearly serious as they aim to finalize their transfer deals early for the new season.
After being relegated from the Premier League, the Foxes have moved quickly to put things in order for the upcoming Championship campaign.

Enzo Maresca was brought in as their new head coach to kick things off.
Pep Guardiola’s longtime No. 2 at Manchester City, he will bring an attacking football type and a contact list that would make any other club in the second tier the envy.
It’s something he’ll be happy to use to ensure immediate promotion to the top flight.
Leicester have already seen Youri Tielemans, Caglar Soyuncu, Daniel Amartey, Papy Mendy, Ayoze Perez, Ryan Bertrand and Tete leave at the end of their contracts, while plenty of others are attracting top-level interest.


One of those stars is Harvey Barnes, who is getting interest from West Ham in the Premier League.
James Maddison has already left the King Power for Tottenham Hotspur in a deal worth around £40 million.

James Justin, Harry Souttar and Luke Thomas are all likely to have a chance to impress, while Conor Coady will sit alongside them in central defence.
The Wolves man spent last season at Everton and will bring leadership and quality on the ball to the heart of the back-line.

Wilfried Ndidi is expected to be a key player for Leicester if they can retain his services, while he looks poised to be joined by Harry Winks, who will join Tottenham Hotspur for £10 million.
With Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall becoming a key figure for the Foxes next season, the trio could join Cole Palmer on loan.
While no interest in the teenager has yet been reported, the winger may leave City on loan next season to pursue regular first-team football, something that would be guaranteed to him under his old coach Maresca at Leicester.
Provided a move doesn’t tempt him, Kelechi Iheanacho looks set to play a key offensive role for the Foxes in the Championship and could be joined by one of the league’s most prolific forwards.


Joel Piroe joined Swansea in 2021 and has scored 24 goals in his first season with the club and 21 in his final term, making the 23-year-old a proven hit man at this level.
