First arrest in hate speech case

This is the first arrest in the case, registered on December 23 after public outcry when videos of the event were widely circulated on social media, and comes a day after the Supreme Court requested a response from the state government about what it had done to the alleged hate speeches given in the Dharam Sansad (religious parliament).
