Manchester United transfer news LIVE Man Utd matches as Roma ‘interested’ in Mason Greenwood – Manchester Evening News

Manchester United are refocusing their efforts elsewhere after agreeing £60m for Chelsea’s Mason Mount on Thursday.
The midfielder will undergo a medical once he returns from vacation, having agreed personal terms on a five-year contract. His arrival represents the first of three priority positions being filled.
Erik ten Hag will now set his sights on a first-choice goalkeeper and world-class No. 9, although financial Fair Play concerns mean a compromise will likely be necessary in one area.
United have reportedly been ruled out of the running for Andre Onana, leading them to speculate that they have contacted Feyenoord about the availability of their goalkeeper, Justin Bijlow. The 25-year-old was very impressive last season and is a better fit for Ten Hag’s style of play.
Up front, there continues to be interest in the likes of Randal Kolo Muani and Rasmus Hojlund, with the latter reportedly subject to a €35m offer.
In terms of spending, Jadon Sancho was said to have been the subject of a loan offer from his former club Borussia Dortmund. United apparently turned down the offer but apparently would be open to a permanent sale.
And David De Gea has set us up for face-to-face talks about a new deal once he returns from getting married, having been released at the end of his contract on Friday. However, Saudi Arabian outfit Al-Nassr have reportedly made the 32-year-old a summer target, hoping to reunite him with Cristiano Ronaldo.
