Bombay’s Supreme Court on Thursday ordered Maharashtra’s minister Nawab Malik to file an affidavit before Saturday in response to a petition alleging he despised his pledges by publicly making certain allegations against Dnyandev Wankhede, 72, father Former NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede and his Wankhede, a retired state official from the excise department, last month filed a contempt petition against the minister for skills development and entrepreneurship, Malik, 62, alleging he had deliberately violated his promise he on December 7, 2021, to the high court of making or posting defamatory remarks against the Wankhede family, publicly, through any form of publication.
